About the role

Responsibilities

  • Complete an accelerated training program to prepare for Store Management roles within 18-24 months
  • Support business strategies to increase sales and optimize profitability
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and product knowledge
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with wholesale and retail customers
  • Manage store administration and ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention, and security policies
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
  • Support employee training, development, and performance management
  • Partner with the Store Manager to conduct outside sales calls to increase market share

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Bachelor's degree completed by the start of the program
  • Valid, unrestricted Driver's License
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
  • Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Experience working in a team-oriented setting
  • Previous experience selling paint or paint-related products
  • Experience using timekeeping or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Willingness to relocate for future job opportunities
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish
