Responsibilities

• Deliver and support a variety of activities including arts & crafts, sports, games, cooking, and creative play
• Supervise and engage with children, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and enjoyment
• Use positive behaviour guidance to support children with different needs
• Build strong relationships with parents, caregivers, and school staff
• Support or lead the day-to-day running of the programme, ensuring smooth operations from set-up through to pack-down
• Guide and support team members to deliver a high-quality programme

Requirements

• Legal right to work in New Zealand
• Reliable transport to Kumeu sites
• Experience in childcare, education, coaching, or camps
• Leadership or supervisory experience for management roles
• Must be 20 years or older for management positions
• Confidence working with groups of children
