Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee, you will progress through a 4-phased program over 3.5 to 4 years to learn every aspect of the business:

• Phase 1: Warehouse and Customer Service (12 months) - Gain hands-on experience in logistics, counter sales, inventory, and financial statements.
• Phase 2: Customer Relationships and Procurement (12 months) - Manage large-scale projects, solve problems, and learn to read blueprint drawings for material quoting.
• Phase 3: Account Management and Proactive Sales (15-18 months) - Focus on business development, negotiating contracts, and expanding the customer base.
• Phase 4: Leadership and Operations (3 months) - Develop leadership competencies, mentor others, and provide strategic vision for a team.

Requirements

• University degree or college diploma in any discipline
• Strong interest in sales
• Excellent leadership, customer service, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong work ethic and high standard of integrity
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Willingness to relocate within Canada for training
