Management Development Program Trainee

Responsibilities

• Progress through a 4-phased program covering warehouse operations, customer service, and logistics
• Manage customer relationships and procurement processes, including reading blueprint drawings for quotes
• Drive business development through proactive sales, contract negotiation, and account management
• Develop leadership competencies to lead teams, mentor others, and manage a profit center

Requirements

• University degree or college diploma in any discipline
• Strong interest in sales and business development
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to relocate within Canada for training
