Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee, you will progress through a 4-phased program over 3.5 to 4 years to learn every aspect of the business:

• Phase 1: Warehouse and Customer Service (logistics, counter sales, inventory, and financial statements)
• Phase 2: Customer Relationships and Procurement (managing large-scale projects and reading blueprint drawings)
• Phase 3: Account Management and Proactive Sales (business development, contract negotiation, and customer partnerships)
• Phase 4: Leadership and Operations (strategic vision, team leadership, and coaching)

Requirements

• University degree or college diploma in any discipline
• Strong interest in sales
• Excellent leadership, customer service, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to relocate within Canada for training
