Responsibilities
- Progress through a 4-phased program covering warehouse operations, customer service, and logistics
- Manage customer relationships and procurement processes, including reading blueprint drawings for material quotes
- Drive business development through account management and proactive sales
- Develop leadership competencies to manage teams, mentor others, and execute strategic vision
Requirements
- University degree or college diploma in any discipline
- Strong interest in sales and business development
- Excellent leadership, customer service, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to relocate within Canada for training
