Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee, you will progress through a 4-phased program over 3.5 to 4 years to learn every aspect of our business operations:

• Phase 1: Warehouse and Customer Service – Gain hands-on experience with logistics, counter sales, order management, and inventory.
• Phase 2: Customer Relationships and Procurement – Manage large-scale projects, solve problems, and learn to read blueprint drawings for material quoting.
• Phase 3: Account Management and Proactive Sales – Focus on business development, negotiating contracts, and expanding the customer base.
• Phase 4: Leadership and Operations – Develop strategic vision, lead a team, and focus on coaching and mentoring.

Requirements

• University degree or college diploma in any discipline
• Strong interest in sales
• Excellent leadership, customer service, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to relocate within Canada for training
• Strong work ethic and high standard of integrity
