Management Controller Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Participate in the digitalization and dematerialization of hotel contracts
• Monitor contract expiration dates and renewal schedules
• Assist with monthly financial closings and accounting tasks
• Track key performance ratios in collaboration with department heads
• Manage invoices, supplier payments, and cash flow monitoring
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage unpaid card transactions
• Develop practical tools and solutions to simplify daily financial operations
• Support internal audits and continuous improvement projects

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bac +3 to Bac +5 degree in Management Control, Finance, or Management
• Strong proficiency in Excel and analytical tools
• Comfortable working with numbers and data-driven decision-making
• Highly organized, autonomous, and structured
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with operational teams
