Management Controller

Responsibilities

• Control of mandates, leases, and fees
• Invoicing and monitoring of Altarea France fee collections
• Monitoring of mandates and financial guarantees
• Analysis of lease invoicing
• Quarterly reporting including accounting closure preparation and collection forecasting
• Weekly reporting on collection rates
• Implementation of internal processes in coordination with service departments
• Development of indicators and new reporting states
• Liaison with various Altarea Commerce departments, finance, and IT

Requirements

• Higher education level (Licence / Master 1)
• Strong affinity for numbers
• Synthetic and analytical mindset
• High level of rigor and ability to work in a team
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Proficiency in PowerPoint
