Responsibilities

• Drive execution of defined workstreams within the business-analytics roadmap through techno-functional consulting and stakeholder management
• Structure ambiguous business problems into clear analytical approaches and develop hypotheses
• Lead client discussions and working sessions, presenting findings and recommendations with clarity
• Synthesize analyses into compelling, insight-led recommendations to improve client objectives
• Combine hands-on analytical contribution with day-to-day management of a small team of associates
• Mentor associates and help develop repeatable analytic approaches and reusable consulting assets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (BE / BTech - CS) from Tier I / II universities
• MBA from Top Tier B-schools preferred
• 4-7 years of professional work experience in Pharma / Lifesciences analytics domains (HCP/HCO Segmentation, Brand Analytics, Omnichannel Marketing, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience in business or technology consulting roles
• Demonstrated client-facing experience and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to guide and review the work of junior team members

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of statistical and machine learning algorithms
• Strong project management and team management skills
• Hands-on quantitative experience with SQL, Python, R, Excel, or BI tools
• Experience supporting sales and pre-sales activities
