Management Consultant

Responsibilities

• Contribute to revenue growth by identifying opportunities and supporting sales processes
• Lead and deliver complex analyses, strategic initiatives, and transformation projects in the public sector
• Act as a senior voice on client projects and support decision-making at the management level
• Design and implement operating models, governance structures, and organizational changes
• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients in complex stakeholder and political environments
• Coach and develop junior consultants within a high-performing team

Requirements

• Documented experience in management consulting or a similar role
• Experience with strategy, operating models, or transformation projects
• Solid understanding of the public sector's structure, governance, and framework
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively to all levels, including top management
• Strong stakeholder management skills in complex organizations
• Commercial understanding and interest in business development
• Right to work in Denmark

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with digital transformation, data, or process optimization
