Management Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support client teams in analyzing complex challenges and translating insights into actionable recommendations
• Contribute to transformation projects in areas such as organizational change, program management, process improvement, and operational models
• Help structure workflows, produce high-quality client materials, and support workshops, interviews, and stakeholder management
• Work closely with experienced colleagues and cross-functional teams to create value within the Defence & Security ecosystem
• Build understanding of sector trends, including strategic, operational, and technological shifts

Requirements

• Recent Master's degree or early career experience in management consulting, professional services, defense industry, or the Swedish Armed Forces
• Strong academic background with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both Swedish and English
• Interest in transformation, strategy implementation, program management, or digitalization
• Collaborative attitude, curiosity, and drive to learn in demanding environments
• Ability to undergo security clearance and legal right to work in Sweden
