Responsibilities

• Lead critical change initiatives and drive organizational development
• Collaborate with sector actors ranging from government agencies to international partners
• Contribute to strategic programs that create long-term and sustainable solutions
• Provide expertise in process and project management, business development, and organizational studies

Requirements

• Experience within total defense, civil or military defense, or the defense industry
• Consulting experience or equivalent in strategic advisory, project management, or transformation
• Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities
• Fluency in Swedish and English
• Full right to reside and work in Sweden
