Management Consultant

Responsibilities

• Drive client facing activity by securing meetings with new contacts via email, messaging, or telephone
• Develop understanding of prospect needs and relevant Eupnea propositions
• Support business development activities including market research and branded events
• Share client feedback to increase opportunity conversion and satisfaction
• Help develop sales enablement campaigns
• Represent Eupnea at industry events, forums, and panel discussions
• Accurately record all business development activity and KPI measurements
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required; MBA or MSc in a quantitative field is a plus
• 3+ years of experience in a sales-focused role within the consulting industry
• Proven track record of supporting consulting contract closures in Financial Services and other sectors
• Expertise in Strategy, Organisational Design, Digital Transformation, Governance, or Change Management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn company-specific systems
• Strong communication skills with experience engaging Senior or Executive-level professionals
• Ability to work effectively in an entrepreneurial start-up environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience at Strategy Houses or global management consultancies with UK market exposure
• Hands-on experience with technologies used in Strategy, HR, or Business Transformation consulting
