Management Consultant - Data & Analytics

Responsibilities

• Participate in projects ranging from advisory services to hands-on development of D&A solutions
• Help clients define strategy, organize D&A capabilities, and implement data platforms
• Deliver analytical work ranging from business intelligence to Machine Learning and Generative AI
• Advise clients on using technology to solve business needs
• Take on internal business activities such as team development, employer branding, and pitching to clients

Requirements

• Experience in data collection and analysis
• General understanding of business processes
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence solutions and Generative AI development
• Programming proficiency in Python and SQL
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a relevant field
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Database design, ETL, and Data Visualization
• Experience with Microsoft Data & Analytics tools (Fabric, PowerBI, SQL Server, Data Factory)
• Background as a developer or in consulting with a strong technical interest
