Management Committee Member (MCD)

Responsibilities

• Participate in the revenue development of various activities (slot machines, traditional games, electronic games)
• Promote and animate products and services including loyalty programs and marketing operations
• Verify regulatory operating conditions such as opening, closing, and cash controls
• Ensure cleanliness of the hall and proper functioning of installations
• Guarantee customer reception, satisfaction, and commercial relationships
• Control the application of gaming regulations and internal procedures (Tracfin, Responsible Gaming)
• Supervise and animate teams, organizing their work and maintaining cohesion

Requirements

• Mandatory ministerial approval (agrément ministériel)
• Experience as an MCD within a slot machine department preferred
• Knowledge of table games is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and managerial skills
• Dynamic, curious, and team-oriented nature
• Ability to work rotating shifts, nights, and weekends
