About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor investment budget commitments based on Project Manager information
- Manage supplier account creation and MyProcurement tracking
- Automate internal processes
- Execute Group purchasing procedures including purchase requests, order validation, and payment control
- Manage down payments and bank guarantees
- Handle supplier inquiries and follow-ups in coordination with Accounting
- Manage D.O / T.R.C insurance, including site declarations and supplier certificate updates
- Prepare and manage Article 34 subsidy files
- Assist Management with travel organization
Requirements
- BTS in Accounting & Management or similar
- 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Experience in construction, real estate development, or engineering firms preferred
- Proficiency in Office Pack, Google Suite, SAP, and Workday
- Strong numerical, organizational, and communication skills
