Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide project management and administrative support to the Small Weapon Operations Team
• Monitor and manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, and budgets
• Support planning and execution activities associated with Marine Corps testing events
• Track project progress and prepare status reports, briefings, and supporting documentation
• Support Marine Corps testing activities and operational events
• Assist with test planning, logistics coordination, and execution support
• Assist with servicing Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), including prototype support and maintenance
• Coordinate with government customers, engineers, technicians, and operational personnel

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, operations management, or program coordination
• Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD), Marine Corps, or federal government programs
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables
• Active Secret security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Engineering, or related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel to support Marine Corps test events
