Management Accountant

Responsibilities

• Manage direct and indirect tax compliance, including VAT, GST, and corporate tax across multiple jurisdictions (UAE, KSA, Kenya, India, and Indonesia).
• Oversee statutory audits, internal audits, and transfer pricing documentation and compliance.
• Prepare and review monthly tax returns, withholding tax payments, and annual income tax filings.
• Compile audit schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation for external auditors.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements, IFRS 9 and IFRS 16 workings, and elimination entries.
• Support the Finance Manager in preparing individual and consolidated budgets and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with tax consultants and advisors on complex regulatory matters and assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• Professional certification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA, or a Master’s Degree.
• 5–8 years of professional experience in taxation, audit, and financial reporting.
• Strong technical understanding of VAT, GST, corporate tax, and IFRS.
• Proven experience in audit coordination and complex financial reconciliations.
