Management Accountant

Responsibilities

• Support the financial performance and reporting of the Healthcare division
• Manage month-end processes including journal preparation, wage accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Perform P&L analysis and complete OneStream reporting
• Oversee revenue and billing accuracy, including customer data maintenance and annual price increase preparation
• Manage cash and working capital through cash collection forecasting and treasury assistance
• Partner with operations and finance stakeholders to provide business insights and forecasting
• Drive financial control, compliance, and continuous process improvements

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting and Finance
• Proven experience in a similar management accounting position
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Excel skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization

Preferred Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualification
• Previous experience working within the Healthcare industry
