Management Accountant

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly operational incentives
• Perform key monthly calculations and analysis with high accuracy and timeliness
• Report on financial results and provide insights behind the numbers
• Analyze opportunities to improve results within key Corporate brands
• Drive continuous process improvement to ensure alignment with best practices
• Support commercial decision-making with insightful recommendations
• Assist with forecast and budget processes

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in an accounting, reporting, or analytical role
• Tertiary qualification in Finance or Accounting
• CA/CPA qualification or currently studying towards one
• Advanced Excel skills for manipulating, transforming, and presenting data
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
• Experience in high-volume transactional environments (Desirable)
• Experience with PowerBI (Desirable)
