Management Accountant - CMA

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports and MIS
• Handle costing activities across all departments, including recycling operations
• Perform detailed cost analysis, variance analysis, and profitability tracking
• Utilize MS Excel for extensive data crunching and financial modeling
• Support management with actionable financial insights and reports
• Monitor cost efficiency and identify opportunities for cost optimization

Requirements

• Qualified or Semi-Qualified Cost and Management Accountant (CMA)
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in finance, MIS, or costing
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas and dashboards
• Strong knowledge of MIS reporting and financial analysis
• High attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in the manufacturing or recycling industry
• Experience working within the renewable energy sector
• Knowledge of Tally ERP or similar accounting software
