Management Accountant

Responsibilities

• Own standard costing and product cost calculations (PPC) within SAP
• Perform variance analysis for material price, production order, and manufacturing variances
• Manage rolling forecasts and model financial scenarios
• Translate monthly performance into clear commercial drivers for site leadership
• Partner with operations and procurement to identify and address variance root causes
• Evaluate business cases and profitability for capex and operational improvement initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and simplified reporting

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ICA, or CIMA)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills
• Experience in a Management Accountant or Financial Controller role within manufacturing is desirable
• Exposure to SAP costing is a plus
