Management Accountant

Responsibilities

• Deliver month-end close, P&L reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Perform operational and wage analysis across site-based teams
• Support weekly revenue adjustments and financial postings
• Lead budgeting and forecasting activities
• Partner with operations and site leaders to provide actionable commercial insights
• Work closely with admin teams and site stakeholders to drive performance and cost insights
• Contribute to Coca-Cola and CUB-related financial activities

Requirements

• CA/CPA qualified or currently working towards qualification
• Proven experience in a management accounting or commercial finance role
• Strong understanding of balance sheet reconciliations and P&L ownership
• Ability to work autonomously, proactively, and inquisitively
• Comfortable operating in a site-facing, operational environment
• Background in logistics, FMCG, or manufacturing is preferred
