Management Accountant

Responsibilities

• Deliver board-level financial reporting, including analysis of performance, trends, and variances
• Develop and maintain activity-based forecasts to support budgeting and forward planning
• Provide insightful financial analysis, modelling, and pricing support for operational decision-making
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and transparency of financial data and reporting
• Lead and coordinate finance team activities to drive service delivery and continuous improvement
• Support operational excellence through strong financial processes and quality assurance

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in accounting, finance, or a related discipline
• Experience in management accounting, financial reporting, or financial analysis
• Ability to translate financial data into clear insights for senior leadership
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to detail and data integrity

Preferred Qualifications

• Progress towards CA/CPA qualification
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
