Managed Spend Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Steward, support, and direct the activity of a team of advisors
• Handle recruiting interfaces, onboarding, and training for new supply chain employees
• Establish new organizational processes and recommend priorities based on alignment with global stakeholders
• Recommend strategy and engagement models as processes evolve
• Support the development and testing of digital tools and visualization products
• Manage change effectively to deliver results and keep stakeholders informed

Requirements

• Proven supervisory experience steering teams to achieve strategic objectives
• Strong understanding of financial processes related to significant material spend
• Proficiency in SAP Systems and MS Excel is critical
• Experience with effective Change Management and managing ambiguity
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with Senior Management
• Ability to work effectively with diverse cultures and global affiliates

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting supply chain activities for large-scale operations, particularly in the Oil & Gas industry
• Familiarity with Corporate Planning cadences and month-end/year-end critical periods
