Managed Services Specialist

Responsibilities

• Maintain cloud application services on Kubernetes to ensure application SLAs are met.
• Manage and operate Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications both on-premise and in the cloud.
• Perform maintenance, support, and upgrades following SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) models.
• Act as a fundamental part of the DevSecOps process to deploy container-ready applications.
• Establish and implement internal best practices and technical standards for infrastructure and support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in OpenShift or Kubernetes administration and support.
• Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong experience with Sysadmin tasks and containerization.
• Experience working with LLMs (Open Source or proprietary) and AI Agents.
• Advanced technical English proficiency.
• Experience providing support for Java, .NET Core, or Node.js applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification in OpenShift or Kubernetes.
• Experience with script development.
• Specialized knowledge in architecture and observability.
