Managed Services Consultant - Senior

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize configuration of onboarded Sprinklr clients to ensure continued success and platform value
• Identify platform gaps and optimization opportunities by designing and configuring appropriate solutions
• Maintain platform relevancy in alignment with changing business needs and client requirements
• Train and educate client users on platform use, best practices, and new functionality
• Provide oversight on software deployment to ensure alignment with current architecture and future needs
• Assist Sales and Success teams by providing insights into client health to support account growth
• Support Services Directors to ensure optimal client service regarding platform performance and enhancements

Requirements

• Business-level fluency in both Arabic and English is essential
• Proven experience in Enterprise Software deployment management and/or implementation
• Strong technical background with advanced computer skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines
• Demonstrated passion for the social media technology landscape

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in social media platforms and direct experience with social media management software
• Experience with CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) solutions
