Managed Services Consultant

Responsibilities

• Implement scalable, best-practice solutions for existing Addepar environments to optimize client experience
• Deliver high-value client outcomes that align with expectations and ensure long-term retention
• Manage project lifecycles, including establishing progress, driving governance, and communicating health to leadership
• Partner with Account Managers, Support Leads, and R&D to create sustainable business-as-usual (BAU) models
• Proactively handle internal and external communications to manage client expectations
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, tools, and methodologies to reduce project effort and timelines

Requirements

• Professional experience in Project Management, Financial Services, or Consulting
• Proven experience in client-facing roles
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills
• Understanding of historical data conversion methodologies and various source systems
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, adaptable environment
• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom from the first day of employment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with investment management software implementations
• Capability to program or script, specifically in Python
