Managed Services Consultant

Responsibilities

• Implement scalable, best-practice solutions for existing Addepar environments to support client growth.
• Deliver high-value client outcomes that align with expectations and ensure long-term retention.
• Manage project lifecycles, including establishing progress, driving governance, and communicating health to leadership.
• Partner with Account Managers, Support Leads, and R&D to create scalable tools and business-as-usual (BAU) models.
• Proactively handle internal and external communications, including training partners via email, phone, and face-to-face.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, methodologies, and pre-configured templates to reduce project effort.

Requirements

• Professional experience in Project Management, Financial Services, or Consulting.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and ability to context-switch between simultaneous projects.
• Understanding of historical data conversion methodologies and various source systems.
• Ability to work independently and adapt within a fast-paced environment.
• Must have valid authorization to work in Singapore (visa sponsorship is not available).

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with investment management software implementations.
• Capability to program or script, specifically using Python.
