About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define category business plans and strategies to drive growth and profitability for Managed Services.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of category plans.
  • Monitor KPIs and sales performance to identify and address areas for improvement.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and go-to resource for the HP Sales audience regarding Managed Services.
  • Develop, manage, and execute Managed Services programs, incentives, and offers.
  • Drive sales enablement through education and training for internal sales teams and channel partners.
  • Perform data mining to identify customer opportunities, targets, and potential deals.
  • Lead functional project teams and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 4-7 years of work experience in category management, P&L management, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective internal and external engagement.
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex messages.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to exercise independent judgment and solve complex problems.
