Managed Services Analyst I

Responsibilities

• Triage assigned cases and act according to SOP
• Initiate phone calls to US-based healthcare suppliers to obtain order processing information
• Resolve cases by taking inputs from suppliers via phone
• Create detailed case notes and escalate roadblocks to the next level
• Reconcile data and integrate information into the transactional workflow
• Maintain hourly throughput and adhere to case handling timelines
• Use and update trackers and dashboards to manage queues
• Contribute to SOP development and knowledge base improvements
• Maintain strict data confidentiality and high work ethic

Requirements

• Excellent verbal English communication skills with a neutral accent
• Ability to understand various foreign English accents
• Strong customer support and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic Excel knowledge
• Ability to navigate and manage multiple software tabs simultaneously
• High level of accountability, integrity, and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work US shifts

Requirements

• Must be a Graduate (certificates required)
• 1-3 years of professional experience
