Managed Service Support

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Project Managers in the overall delivery of digital advertising campaigns
• Perform asset reviews and coordinate with developers for technical QA to ensure all assets are complete and correct
• Conduct storyboard and mock QA to ensure alignment with client brand guidelines
• Implement all client revision requests accurately and efficiently
• Liaise between design and development teams to ensure successful creative production
• Monitor campaign reports for defaults and flag any technical issues

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a campaign or project management role
• Strong knowledge of the digital advertising industry landscape
• Proficiency in Google Sheets for data tracking, updates, and reporting
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
• Ability to manage a team of developers, assigning and prioritizing tasks effectively
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver difficult news to stakeholders
• High attention to detail and a highly organized, self-starter mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet critical deadlines
• Amenable to working 8:30am to 5:30pm IST or other shifts based on business needs
