About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and fabricate hands-on STEM camp projects in robotics, engineering, and woodworking for children aged 3–12
- Integrate multiple learning domains into unified, interdisciplinary experiences
- Develop immersive thematic worlds and storytelling elements to enhance educational impact
- Create video-based communication to empower teachers to deliver curriculum visions
- Tailor physical projects to specific developmental stages of children
- Train and coach teachers on the safe and effective use of tools, machinery, and projects
Requirements
- Portfolio of maker projects demonstrating fabrication work
- Experience with electronics including circuits, motors, and sensors
- Proficiency in digital and physical fabrication such as woodworking, 3D printing, and laser cutting
- Experience with microcontrollers like Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or Micro:bits
- Knowledge of coding tools such as Scratch, Python, or robotic frameworks
- Understanding of child development for ages 3–12
