Make-up Artist

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional and authentic customer experiences by finding the right products based on individual needs
• Deliver personalized in-store beauty services and technical make-up artistry
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the store's financial objectives
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and counter tidiness according to brand guidelines
• Participate in in-store events and assist colleagues to ensure a high-performing team environment
• Perform cashiering duties and ensure customer satisfaction to build brand loyalty

Requirements

• Qualification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience
• Proficiency in a Scandinavian language and English (both verbal and written)
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
• Ability to take shifts on short notice to support the team during vacations or busy periods
• Strong social and listening skills with a passion for storytelling and customer engagement

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous retail experience specifically within the cosmetics industry
• Professional make-up or other beauty-related certificates
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram
