Make Unit Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate the Make Department to meet short-term and long-term goals and customer expectations
• Manage unit performance and output, including financial KPIs and safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets
• Drive continuous improvement activities and lead problem-solving initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and 5S methodologies
• Ensure standardized work and SOPs are approved and strictly followed
• Lead and develop both white-collar and blue-collar team members to foster a culture of growth and continuous improvement
• Implement and maintain management systems including ISO, ASME, PED, UL, and KHK within the workshop
• Support new product development (NPD) and existing product development (EPD) projects
• Participate in the creation and implementation of the Factory Operational Plan

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanics, engineering, or an equivalent field
• 3-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Hands-on experience with improvement tools such as 5S, Lean, and Six Sigma
• Strong project management experience
• Fluency in English
