Make Unit Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate the Make Department to meet short-term and long-term production goals and customer expectations
• Manage unit performance and output, including responsibility for financial KPIs and cost control
• Drive continuous improvement activities using Lean Six Sigma and ensure standardized work and SOPs are followed
• Lead problem-solving initiatives by being present at Gemba to address real production issues
• Develop and mentor both white-collar and blue-collar team members to foster a culture of growth
• Implement and maintain management systems including ISO, ASME, PED, UL, and KHK
• Support New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD) projects
• Participate in the creation and implementation of the Factory Operational Plan

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanics, engineering, or an equivalent field
• 3-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Experience with improvement tools such as 5S, Lean, and Six Sigma
• Strong project management experience
• Fluency in English
