Responsibilities

  • Curate and deliver exceptional, personalized guest journeys across the entire hotel experience
  • Proactively identify opportunities to elevate every stage of a guest's stay
  • Orchestrate seamless experiences by working across Rooms, F&B, Spa, Concierge, and Housekeeping
  • Anticipate guest needs and create meaningful moments to inspire colleagues

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Guest Relations, Butler Service, Front Office, or VIP Services
  • Passion for delivering intuitive and personalized luxury hospitality
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Business-level English and Japanese communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Opera Cloud experience is an advantage
