Responsibilities
- Curate and deliver exceptional, personalized guest journeys across the entire hotel experience
- Proactively identify opportunities to elevate every stage of a guest's stay
- Orchestrate seamless experiences by working across Rooms, F&B, Spa, Concierge, and Housekeeping
- Anticipate guest needs and create meaningful moments to inspire colleagues
Requirements
- Previous experience in Guest Relations, Butler Service, Front Office, or VIP Services
- Passion for delivering intuitive and personalized luxury hospitality
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Business-level English and Japanese communication skills (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Opera Cloud experience is an advantage
