Make Ready

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacated apartments and complete make-ready checklists
• Restore units to market-ready status for new move-ins
• Perform repairs on windows, screens, hinges, sliding doors, and baseboards
• Replace or repair lighting, faucets, sink plugs, and washers
• Assist with appliance removal, installation, and troubleshooting
• Perform minor painting, plaster repair, and tile backsplash installation
• Change A/C filters and operate carpet cleaning equipment
• Assist with apartment trash-outs and moving heavy/bulky items
• Conduct all work in accordance with company policies and safety habits

Requirements

• Minimum one year of full-time related maintenance experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to work on call and extended hours, including weekends
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual skills in Spanish
