Make Ready

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacated apartments and complete make-ready checklists
• Restore units to market-ready status through various repairs and maintenance tasks
• Replace or repair items including lights, windows, screens, hinges, baseboards, and mirrors
• Perform minor plumbing repairs such as fixing faucet sink plugs and washers
• Assist with appliance removal, installation, and troubleshooting
• Execute painting duties, plaster repair, and wall touch-ups
• Change A/C filters and operate carpet cleaning equipment
• Assist with apartment trash-outs by moving heavy or bulky items to dumpsters
• Conduct all work in accordance with company policies and safety standards

Requirements

• Minimum one year of full-time related maintenance experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work on-call and extended hours as necessary
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to prioritize work
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish
