Make-Ready

Responsibilities

• Return vacated apartments to market-ready condition on time and to standard
• Perform cleaning, minor repairs, and painting
• Ensure each unit is move-in ready
• Execute additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of general labor and/or skilled trades experience
• Ability to follow instructions and meet physical demands
• Proficiency with tools and equipment (vacuums, buffers, ladders, hand tools, carpet cleaners)
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Possession of own set of tools
• High school diploma or equivalent
