About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery calls to understand customer pain points with legacy solutions
- Deliver high-impact demonstrations to stakeholders ranging from office managers to CIOs
- Partner with Account Executives to drive deal execution and remove technical obstacles
- Build technical assets and standards, such as EVPN-VXLAN reference architectures and 802.1X integration guides
- Translate customer feedback from complex deployments into requirements for the Product team to influence the hardware and software roadmap
Requirements
- Expert knowledge in TCP/IP, 802.11ax/be, TLS, DHCP, DNS, NAT, 802.1X, VPNs, SD-WAN, IDS/IPS, Multicast, OSPF, BGP, and EVPN-VXLAN
- Proven experience as a high-performing Sales Engineer in a high-growth environment
- Ability to design technical solutions for complex enterprise networking use cases
- Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, CWNA, CWDP, CWSP, CWDE, JNCIA, JNCIS, JNCIE, Network+, or Security+ are highly preferred
