Major Accounts Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with major accounts and key customers in the electrical sector
• Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth within your assigned account portfolio
• Provide expert product knowledge and technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Manage customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Prepare and deliver customized quotes and proposals tailored to customer needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to support branch operations and achieve sales targets
• Build and nurture local relationships to strengthen market presence and reputation
• Participate in industry events and networking opportunities

Requirements

• Strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills
• Basic numeracy and high attention to detail
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach and ability to work as a team player
• Previous experience in retail, trade counter, or customer-facing roles is a plus
