Major Account Executive

About the Company

Meter is building a vertically-integrated networking solution across hardware, software, operations, and service. We are on a mission to disrupt the networking industry by providing businesses of all sizes with easy, reliable, and performant internet access through a modern networking stack.

Responsibilities

• Source and close new business with Majors customers in the Northeast across various verticals
• Build and execute an outbound motion to identify priority accounts and engage decision-makers
• Own the full sales process from prospecting and discovery to product demos and closing
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering on complex deployments and with Marketing to refine the go-to-market playbook
• Maintain high Salesforce hygiene and forecasting accuracy
• Partner with channel teams to leverage partners for new customer acquisition

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience selling complex technical products to IT buyers at high-growth organizations
• Proven track record of exceeding ambitious sales targets and earning President’s Club
• Experience selling networking infrastructure, hardware, cloud, or security to Large or Global Enterprise accounts
• Proficiency with sales tech stacks including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Gong
• Ability to create clarity and process within an early-stage, ambiguous environment
• Based in the Northeast, ideally near a major metro area like New York or Boston and a major airport

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling both direct and through channel partners
• Strong ability to map technical value to network, security, and IT infrastructure needs
