Responsibilities
- Ensure high-quality guest welcome and service
- Advise clients to provide an optimal dining experience
- Control dining room setup and cleanliness
- Supervise and lead the service team
- Act as an additional sales force
- Maintain smooth communication between the kitchen and dining room
- Participate in the training of new staff
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar high-end establishment
- Proficiency in English
- Fluency in a second language is a plus
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work autonomously with discretion
- Excellent communication and team player attitude
