Maître d'Hôtel

Responsibilities

• Supervise dining room teams to ensure smooth service
• Control organization and task distribution according to internal procedures
• Welcome clients, take orders, and monitor dining room service
• Collaborate with bar, kitchen, and management teams
• Provide support in the bar and running areas
• Monitor the maintenance and cleanliness of the dining room and service stations
• Ensure compliance with Barrière quality standards
• Monitor staff schedules and working hours
• Establish work methods and techniques
• Provide technical support to the team during difficulties

Requirements

• BTS Hôtellerie-Restauration or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in catering
• 2 years of experience as a chef de rang or assistant maître d'hôtel
• Natural charisma and leadership skills
• Attention to detail and reactivity
• Professional posture and excellent presentation
• Proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in a third language
