About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise floor teams to ensure smooth service
- Control organization and task distribution according to internal procedures
- Welcome clients, take orders, and monitor dining room service
- Collaborate with bar, kitchen, and management teams
- Support bar and running staff during peak times
- Monitor dining room and pantry maintenance and cleanliness
- Ensure application of Barrière quality standards
- Manage staff schedules and working hours
- Establish work methods and techniques
- Provide technical support to the team during difficulties
Requirements
- BTS Hôtellerie-Restauration or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in catering
- 2 years of experience as a Chef de Rang or Assistant Maître d'Hôtel
- Natural charisma and leadership skills
- Attention to detail and reactivity
- Professional posture and excellent presentation
- Proficiency in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in a third language
