Responsibilities
- Guarantee quality service and ensure a customer experience compliant with Groupe Barrière standards
- Actively participate in service, manage billing, and ensure proper cash handling
- Organize, train, and supervise dining room staff
- Ensure effective communication of directives between management and the field
- Control compliance of working methods according to internal procedures
Requirements
- Successful experience in the restaurant industry
- Mastery of table service techniques and hygiene rules
- Proven management experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and autonomy
- Professional presentation and sense of initiative
- Knowledge of Micros software is appreciated
