About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain service quality and customer relations in the dining room
- Lead and supervise the team according to internal directives and professional specifics
- Control task execution compliance in reference to internal procedures
- Ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen and dining room staff
- Manage billing and cash register reconciliation for the point of sale
- Act as an information relay to management
Requirements
- Mastery of service techniques and strong customer interaction skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes
- Experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry
- Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, and initiative
- Polished professional presentation
- Knowledge of Micros software is appreciated
