About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain service quality and customer relations in the dining room
  • Lead and supervise the team according to internal directives and professional specifics
  • Control task execution compliance in reference to internal procedures
  • Ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen and dining room staff
  • Manage billing and cash register reconciliation for the point of sale
  • Act as an information relay to management

Requirements

  • Mastery of service techniques and strong customer interaction skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes
  • Experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, and initiative
  • Polished professional presentation
  • Knowledge of Micros software is appreciated
