About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome VIP and regular clients with high-end hospitality standards
- Manage, train, and motivate the dining room team daily
- Orchestrate service flow to ensure high-quality standards at Loulou
- Maintain fluid communication between the dining room and kitchen
- Manage complex reservations, table assignments, and strategic seating
- Build relationships with clientele to anticipate needs and foster loyalty
- Resolve operational issues with diplomacy and reactivity
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role within a high-end or renowned establishment
- Natural and benevolent leadership skills
- Strong attention to detail and sense of prestige service
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage high-pressure services
- Fluency in English; proficiency in a third language is a plus
- Pedagogical approach to team development
